Since January 1st, 2019, we offer the possibility to send you for free your passes by SMS, directly to your cell phone, once your passes are ready.
During the purchase of your passes, when entering your personal information, if you wish you can enter your mobile phone number. This information is not mandatory and you can enter only your email address. Once your passes are available, we will send you an email with a link to view and print your passes but also, if you have provided a mobile number, an SMS with the same link.
Conditions
This service is free of charge but may be subject to charges from your phone operator. We invite you to inquire about possible reception fees.
We guarantee the sending but we cannot guarantee the reception of the SMS. Several factors can prevent the reception of an SMS such as problems with your operator, the local operator, international SMS routing (roaming), etc.
We send an SMS regardless of your operator or country of residence or travel.
We are not responsible if the telephone number provided is incorrectly formatted, incorrect or incomplete.
Peruvian Government does not allow yet the possibility of presenting an entry pass other than in paper format. Therefore, you cannot enter Machu Picchu presenting the SMS you received. In any case, you will have to print your passes and present the papers at the entrance.
We undertake to:
use this number only once, to send you your passes.
not to use this number for anything else.
not to communicate the number to a third party.
permanently delete the number from our servers once the SMS has been sent.
